Website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and actions such as enquiry submissions and contact-link clicks. We also use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and recordings of page interactions to help improve the website. These services use cookies and similar technologies and receive technical information about your browser, device and website activity.
Clarity uses balanced masking for sensitive text, and we explicitly mask the contact form. We do not include your name, email, phone number, property location or message in our custom analytics events. A phone or email click indicates interest, not a completed call or delivered email.
